BLH SERVICES: COUNSELLING CENTRE-CHAPLAINCY
The Hospital Chaplain is the Head of the Counselling Centre, coordinating all counselling activities in the Hospital.
Services
•Hospital Staff for emotional, moral, spiritual and work relations
•Worship Services, Provision of Sacraments
•Guidance on medical and theological issues
•Community education
•Liaise with Religious Community Leadership
•Advocacy role
•Group/Team Counselling
•Pastoral Counselling: Discord families, Marriage Couples, Premarital Grief/Bereavement, patients, Crisis intervention,
•Conflict Resolution Management among, staff, patients and family members
•Hospital Memorial services and funerals
•Facilitation of BLH Donation programmes
Patients and clients access the services through; referrals from wards, Clinics or self-referrals.
Operating Hours- Monday to Friday from 0730-1630hrs
